To understand where we’re at if you were to time travel back, the current rate is still considerably low. Let’s break it down.

📈1980 it rose to a high of 18.45%
📈1990 rates cut down to 9.6%
📈2000 starting at 8% and after the market crash of 2008 it dropped below 4.81%
📈2010 what seemed to be the lowest in the housing market of 3.35%
