Recently Sold - 532 Las Casas Ave, Pacific Palisades - the ”Castle” house, built in the 1930’s. A successful sale does not happen by accident. Lots of preparation, marketing, multiple offers, a $200k above asking price offer, and a new owner who plans to keep the original character of the house are all the positives. This sale was personally more satisfying to me in that our first family house I grew up in was located down the street and that I was serving the Kisliuk family whom I have had the pleasure of knowing on and off most of my life.
