We need an Angel…an elderly Jewish couple, survivors of the Hi**er death camps, who needs some cash for medical reasons and to update their living space, needs a loan up to $170K and is willing to include their free and clear Miami Beach condo with approx. value of $430K as collateral. A reverse mortgage is unavailable due to the condominium complex not being FHA approved (not unusual in Miami Beach), and since they no longer use credit cards, they have a low F**A score. We realize this may be an unusual request but they are in dire need and are reaching out to the heavens…could you be that angel?

with plenty of naysayers, who suggest it has either been done before, or its too expensive, or that it is undesirable because, well, it is solar...the key to this is his term "all things considered", and to make it cost effective to be used in smaller homes (under 2000sq.ft of roofing material) so that the composition shingle can become a thing of the past while still being affordable at installation, not projected price...but until then, all new construction, upper-scale homes should be using this type of roof/solar energy material...along with on demand water heaters, hot water pumps that prevent having to run water until hot, double pane windows, ceiling fans in most rooms, programmable HVAC, etc...
