“I’ve always had a keen interest in real estate,” James says. “It started with a $20 bill when I was 17 or 18.” He used that $20 as a down payment on a piece of land in Australia and quickly realized that real estate would play a major role in his life. He moved to Los Angeles in 1978 and began selling property the following year. Over the past three decades James has built a stellar career representing discerning clients and high-end properties in the most coveted communities in Southern California.
