MARTA SAMULON

Marta and her family have lived in Pacific Palisades and the adjacent Sunset Mesa areas for over 30 years, giving her an intimate knowledge of those communities and housing markets. Her daughters attended local schools and the University of California. Prior to entering the real estate field, Marta was a researcher with The Rand Corporation in Santa Monica, where she acquired valuable communications and research skills directly applicable to her work in real estate. Marta attended the University of California at Berkeley, where she received her B.A. in Political Science and Master’s in Public Policy. She is a native of Chile, South America, and is fluent in Spanish.

ANDREA SAMULON
Highly organized and detail oriented, Andrea Samulon represents buyers and sellers throughout Los Angeles. She is especially skilled in marketing and client service, with an innate ability to keep the process focused and successful. Confident and a great communicator, she also is a fierce advocate for her clients. Andrea has a keen eye for design, re-imagining internal spaces, and landscaping. She is passionate about green homes, sustainable design and a healthy home environment. She has countless connections in that realm and enjoys helping clients in their pursuit of “whole-home wellness.”
In addition, Andrea is fluent in Spanish and has worked extensively in Latin America, including Nicaragua, Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay. She lived in Australia for seven years, where she directed a statewide public health program aimed at improving health outcomes for Aboriginal Australians. Born and raised in West Los Angeles, Andrea has an intimate knowledge of the City and its Westside, including the neighborhoods and the local schools. She also has the nuanced understanding that comes from a real estate background – her mother has been a successful agent for more than 30 years. A graduate of Santa Monica High School, Andrea earned her BA in Environmental Studies and Community Studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz and her Master’s Degree from University of Michigan in Environmental Policy. She and her husband have two young children, one of whom attends Marquez Charter Elementary School in Pacific Palisades. In her free time Andrea and her family enjoy the outdoors, exploring nature and all the area has to offer.
