Super proud of this sale.

This home was originally on the market with another agent for 3 months - didn’t sell. Then our client went into contract with TWO different discount all cash buyers.. both couldn’t perform.

By the time she called us, she was over it. Ready to be done. And understandably skeptical if we could get it across the finish line.

But over time, she began to trust the process.

We invested $13k in strategic upgrades, brought in strong staging, and killed it with the marketing.
