Don't talk about the weather!
Visited the stunning Petersham Nurseries and the gardens of Petersham House - a rare treat to have a peak inside this gorgeous private garden. Being English we sat having tea and cake in the slight drizzle but the day was brightened by the gorgeous flower🌺 bed

My two lovely, very glamorous friends have joined me on my insta square today as by chance we co-ordinated in our beach dresses and it shows off three different style of beautiful summer dresses which would also be perfect for winter sun. In it to win it! You're never too old to keep competing and I have been playing in tennis and now padel competitions with my friend Jess for 30 years!
We still get excited when we win and sometimes cry when we loose (the old body doesn't move as fast as it did) but most of all we have fun and keep fit and I think it really helps keep us young!
So to everyone out there - keep going, find something you love and maybe try and compete in an age group or standard that right for you.
On Sunday we were lucky enough to play in the amazing Femme padel event at The Padel Hub in Slough run by Femme Open Padel.
Pep and the girls run it so well and have built up an amazing community of female padel players throughout the country hosting events for Adanced, Intermediate & Beginners.
So follow them and check out if a padel event is coming to you
