Being your realtor isn’t just walking around beautiful homes, there is a lot of work that goes in the back end in order to get to walk and showcase beautiful homes!
Blowing off driveways, staging rooms, removing trash & unwanted items from homes, finding tall ladders to change lightbulbs for tall ceilings (on my list TODAY🤩), getting estimates for renovations, etc. All of this and more is what we do so that when potential buyers walk in a home we KNOW how to handle questions that come our way. THIS is what a good realtor does for their clients. I LOVE my job.

I’ve learned this in so many ways. At the end of the day, list price, staging, marketing, etc all matter——but Buyers ultimately decide the value. The mistake I see most often?
