Still here. Just moving a little more quietly right now.😊💜

The past week has been focused on healing, resting, and giving my body the time it needs after surgery. I stepped back from social media for a bit, but I have absolutely not stepped away from my clients or my goals.

Behind the scenes I have still been working on a couple of deals, continuing my classes, and staying committed to the people who trust me to walk through big life decisions with them.

Sometimes growth looks energetic and loud. Sometimes it looks slow, steady, and intentional. Right now I am choosing intentional.

Buying a home is exciting.
It is also emotional. And if we are being honest, it can feel overwhelming.

There is so much advice online. So many opinions from friends and family. So many listings that look perfect at first glance.

But here is what I have learned after walking through this process with clients over and over again:

And when you skip the preparation phase, it usually leads to stress, disappointment, or feeling rushed into something that does not fully fit.

Who am I?

Mom | Mimi | Realtor | Macrame Artist just trying to make it through this life. 💜

Life is full of twists and turns. Some bring joy. Some bring pain or heartache. All of them shape us into who we are today.

I am beyond grateful for the wonderful and difficult experiences and people that have made up my life to this point.

Now, as I move into this midlife era, where I am a Mimi and my children are becoming adults, things look a little different.

What used to drive and inspire me in my twenties now exhausts me. Slowing down and truly enjoying the people around me in the present moment has become a priority.

My goals are shifting more toward bringing light to those around me. Whether it is helping someone navigate real estate, creating a macrame piece to commemorate something special, or simply making memories with friends and family, it all feels different now. It is achieved differently. It is valued differently.

There is nothing I would love more than to build both my real estate and macrame businesses in a way that sustainably supports my beautiful family.

Real estate, for me, is not about transactions. It is about people. It is about walking alongside someone during a major life moment and helping them feel steady, informed, and confident.

Over the years, I have grown both personally and professionally. I have learned to guide instead of push. To explain clearly instead of overwhelm. To slow the process down so it feels manageable instead of chaotic.

I am currently in a season of transition, and I am choosing to lean into it with intention. I am focusing deeply on learning, strengthening my systems, growing my client base, and showing up more consistently for this community.

The first years of my real estate career were shaped by major life changes that kept me in survival mode. And while that season was heavy, it never stopped me.

I kept working on my business.
Some of it you saw.
Most of it you didn’t.

Behind the scenes, I was learning, watching, absorbing, and showing up anyway. Even when it was quiet. Even when progress wasn’t obvious. Even when life demanded more than I had planned for. I never stepped away from real estate, and I never stopped believing in what I was building.

This year feels different.

I have solid ground under me again. The right support systems. The right people. And the clarity and capacity to go all in.

I told someone recently, “Once I set my mind to something, I make it happen.” It may have taken time to get into position, but I’m here now. And I’m ready.

I am deeply passionate about real estate and about providing a level of service that truly reflects that passion. The years of quiet work, silent learning, and steady growth are coming together, and this is the year they turn into something powerful.

So happy for my buyers!! This may be the best Christmas ever. 🎄🏡 Buying your first home just in time for Santa is such a special kind of magic.

Every client I work with has something uniquely special about them, and this sweet family was no exception. They fell in love with this home early in the search, sent up so many prayers, and we kept trusting the process even when it meant waiting a little longer.
