Tip from Tamara if you are getting ready to begin the home buying process:

Before you start touring homes, getting pre-approved for a mortgage is one of the most important steps in the home-buying process. A pre-approval helps you understand your budget, strengthens your negotiating position, and shows sellers that you’re a serious and qualified buyer. In today’s market, most sellers will not consider an offer that isn’t accompanied by a pre-approval letter from a bank or mortgage company. Taking this step early can save time, prevent disappointment, and help you move quickly when you find the perfect home. If you do not have a lender in mind, I can absolutely recommend a couple of LOCAL lenders that are excellent and treat people right!

If you love a good old fashioned estate sale, mark this one on your calendar! It will be held at 631 Berger Road in Paducah on Saturday, May 2nd from 8 am until ?? There are several pictures on the flyer but there is much, much more than what you see.

The seller (who is NOT me) will be accepting cash, personal checks with a valid drivers license or Venmo as payment for your items. NO EARLY SALES! Things are still being priced at this point. The seller will not be answering questions regarding how much everything is (SHE IS BUSY!)
