This was fun & quick!

We had a fantastic open house on Sunday after hitting the market Friday with atleast four sets of buyers & several of my Heather Hill friends thru. One buyer was from FL, another from Marshall County, and two locals. That provided great feedback so when we received our first offer, we knew how to respond!

Kudos to my fantastic Sellers on a beautiful remodel too. I love selling unique and well staged properties. It is an honor to represent them. This is my 4th transaction with my friends and the 20th with their family!
