Let's just say getting a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review from a friend that you've been working with the past 40 days trying to get in a new construction townhome is 🔥

This family had sold their home and needing to get moved in 35 days! The builder promised me it would be ready soooo we took it on.

To say stressful is an understatement but it all worked out! Many trips over pushing the workers, many many calls with the lender, appraiser and closing attorney meanwhile trying to keep calm for the buyers🤗

Transactions like this just keep me entertained is what I tell my self haha.
