My name is Seth Manea, Principal Broker/ Owner of MOVE Realty, LLC. As a full-time agent since 2012, I am dedicated to providing the best service to my clients whether buying or selling. After taking some real estate classes in college I realized my calling was real estate. I obtained my KY Real Estate Salespersons License in 2012 while attending WKCTC. In 2013 I graduated WKCTC with an AAS Degree in Business Administration and Residential Real Estate. In 2015 I obtained my KY Real Estate Brokers License as well as my KY Real Property Appraisers License. Over the years I have developed a unique marketing strategy that has PROVEN RESULTS when it comes to getting your property SOLD.
