We’re excited to share that over 3/4 of our residents qualified for this year’s Earth Day Yard Contest because your lots were so beautiful! What an incredible show of pride in our community! And the winner is… Lot 59! Their dedication truly stands out. They take pride in doing their own yard maintenance, keep their space beautifully decorated (we especially love the rain chains on the storage building!), and go the extra mile by maintaining bird feeders to encourage native wildlife. It’s clear that Lot 59 takes great pride in their Country Aire home, and it shows in every detail of their stunning yard. Congratulations on winning the $25 gift card, you can stop by the office to pick it up. It is clearly well deserved. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make our community look its best. Keep up the amazing work!

Take a look at all the amazing donations collected so far for our Blessing Box; this is what coming together truly looks like. We happily accept non perishable food items and basic hygiene products all year round to support our neighbors and to make sure that the box beside our mailbox is always stocked. Our special food drive is happening through the end of April! As a thank you, each item donated during April earns you an entry for a chance to win a $25 gift card!
