The Ritz Midtown has a restaurant space available for lease. Located in Midtown Paducah, the Ritz Midtown offers a nice atmosphere and convenient location!

The Ritz (Hotel) has been a home to many successful restaurants. One of the most predominant ones being the Holman House.

Your restaurant will be off to a great start with potential customers already living & working within this historic building! (How great is it to be able to get your desired meal then hop on the elevator and be home?!)

All of the essentials are already in place. Included are: Hood ventilation system, 3 compartment sink along with a prep sink, grease trap, & hand sinks. An 8 burner stove with a double oven could be left if needed.

The heating system is gas and the kitchen equipment would need to be gas as well. We provide the water. (There is no water bill for the restaurant space.)

There are two entrances for customers: one from the sidewalk & one from the beautiful Ritz Midtown lobby. There is one alley entrance for easy deliveries.

There are two exterior signs. One is very visible on Broadway & the other is over the sidewalk entrances. Both are wired to be lit up when it’s dark!

🎓 kitchenette area provided (mini fridge & counter space)
🎓 available 10 am - 8 pm the day of event
🎓 only $100! (Plus a $25 refundable cleaning fee)

The Ballroom:
📚 larger venue / seats 100 people comfortably
📚 full kitchen included
📚 tables & chairs provided
📚 available 9 am - 12 am (midnight) day of event
📚 rents for $500 for graduations!
