The market is changing, but that doesn’t mean you should panic.

We’re seeing more inventory, buyers have a little more negotiating room, and homes are taking a bit longer to go under contract.

🔑 CLOSING DAY! 🎉🏡

Kim called me and basically said, “I’m done paying Illinois property taxes. I’m moving to Kentucky.” 😂

Honestly… fair.

She found a home she loved, but naturally, everyone else apparently loved it too. 🙃 We ended up in a multiple-offer situation, so we had to get creative and come up with a strategy that would give us the best shot.

And it worked. 😎

Today, Kim officially traded Illinois property taxes for Kentucky keys! 🔑😂
