McCracken County had 82 properties sold in May with an average sold price of $316,531.

We’re also seeing 89 active listings and an average of 48 days on market, which means buyers have options, but good homes are still moving when they’re priced right.

For sellers, this is your reminder: pricing matters. The market will tell us pretty quickly if a home is sitting too high.
