1. What is the area’s sales price vs list price? Are you seeing any wiggle room in pricing? Does it make sense to look at homes above my budget due to sellers starting to come down in pricing?

2. Do the properties you are showing me provide the items that are most important to me? (For example, if a buyer wants to have their chickens and horses living on the property, they should make that clear with their realtor so they only focus on areas where this would be allowed.)
