The county is once again opening their applications to assist First Time Home Buyers. Through this program you can qualify for up to $100,000 to pay for the purchase, purchase/rehab, new construction and/or down payment and closing costs of a new home.

The application opens on December 28th and will close on January 30th. Only 100 applicants will be awarded funds on a first come first approved basis so don't drag your feet on this one!
