OK, Now i need to Vent.

If you make an appointment to see a Property, either a rental or a purchase, Please show up at the agreed upon time. 3 Times this week, I have been stood up. 20 minutes there, sticking around for 30 minutes and driving away is a lot of time.

If I call you, to see if there is a problem, don't hang up on me and dodge my calls and Texts. Its rude and a waste of my time.

Real Estate Agents pay for there own gas, time and other odds and ends. We don't receive a paycheck just by showing a home. Contracts have to be written. Signed and executed before we ever think about getting paid for our services.

The worst part of this is that it was a Nye County Sheriffs Officer's wife did it to me today. I expected integrity and instead got nothing close.
