Our office in the heart of Paia on Maui’s North Shore first opened in 2013 along the Hana Highway. As the market leader in Maui real estate transactions, we needed a larger, street level location to accommodate our many clients, so we moved around the corner to our Baldwin Avenue spot in 2019. Paia is a world-renowned surfing destination, with the incredible surf break known as “Jaws” (Hawaiian name: Pe‘ahi) and Ho‘okipa Beach Park just minutes away. It’s also known as the windsports capital of the world. Delicious local food, shave ice, yoga studios, farmers’ markets, art galleries and surf culture combine to lend Paia its unique charm, and make it a favorite for local celebs. It’s a favorite of ours because we started Hawaii Life in Hanalei in 2008, and small seaside surf towns are really close to our hearts. Come check us out when you’re next in Paia.
