SUMMMER MAINTENANCE TIPS.....
⭐EXTERIOR & STRUCTURE
🔹Inspect roof for damaged/missing shingles, loose flashing, and moss.
🔹Clean gutters and downspouts; ensure water drains away from the foundation.
🔹Check siding, brick, and stucco for cracks, gaps, or damage; caulk and repair as needed.
🔹Inspect foundation for cracks or signs of settling.
🔹Wash exterior walls, doors, garage door, and trim.
🔹Repaint or touch up peeling or faded exterior paint.
🔹Check exterior vents (dryer, bath, kitchen) for obstructions and damage.
⭐YARD, LANDSCAPING & DRAINAGE
🔹Trim trees and shrubs, especially away from roof, siding, and power lines.
🔹Remove dead branches and overgrowth; clear brush from around the home for fire safety.
