❄️ Winter Weather Safety Notice for Tenants ❄️

Due to the ice and snow storm affecting our area, along with continued sub-freezing temperatures tonight and tomorrow, we ask all tenants to take a few important steps to stay safe and help prevent damage to your unit:

• Remain home if at all possible until conditions improve
• Allow one faucet to drip very slowly (especially overnight) to help prevent pipes from freezing or bursting
• Use extreme caution when entering and exiting all Kentucky Real Estate Investments properties — icy conditions may persist
• Check on elderly neighbors and those who may need assistance

Please know that our maintenance team has pre-treated properties with salt and will attempt to plow as conditions allow, but with sustained freezing temperatures, ice can and will remain, even after treatment.

Your safety is our priority. We appreciate your cooperation and patience during this weather event. If you experience a true emergency related to your unit, please follow normal emergency maintenance procedures.

⚠️ Weather Advisory for Our Community ⚠️

Over the next 48 hours, our area is expected to experience significant snow and ice, along with sub-freezing temperatures.

Paintsville EMS has informed me that the Paintsville Recreation Center will be available as a warming station and on standby for the duration of this weather event for anyone who may need a safe, warm place.

I want to express my confidence and deep appreciation for our city, county, and state road crews, along with first responders and emergency personnel, who are working long hours under difficult conditions to keep our roads treated and our community safe. These men and women are dedicated, prepared, and committed to serving Paintsville, even when the conditions are at their worst.

Please join me in keeping them in your prayers as they continue responding to the needs of our community throughout this storm.

As always, I encourage everyone to use caution when traveling, check on neighbors who may need assistance, and stay informed as conditions evolve.

Job Requirements:

Painting experience/skills
Commercial cleaning experience
Carpentry experience
Flooring experience is a plus
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Ability to complete tasks and lists

**Self Transportation Required with valid drivers license - Pickup Truck is a plus**
