It is posted on the gate to your pool.
NO DOGS.
A dog in a swimming pool is the same as 10-30 people in the way it affects the chemicals.
I have been donating my time, energy and resources to give your pool the attention it deserves. It is now has the proper chemicals and attention giving you a clear, blue, cool, refreshing place to take a dip. No thank you is necessary, it needed to be done and I am doing it.

There is a chlorine shortage in this country, and it is hard to get a hold of in the amounts we need. I have personally donated time, diesel, mileage and vehicle wear and tear to source your chlorine.
Please refrain from bringing your dogs to the pool, they bring f***l matter, loose hair, dandruff and they do not belong in a community pool.

As a side note, if your pet is off of your property it is to be on a leash.

The POA will have people out in every section shredding lots beginning Monday, June 21st. If your lot is over 16 inches tall it will be shredded. Please make arrangements to have it mowed before then or it will be 125.00 per lot. If you have any questions or concerns please text George at 210-454-6262. This is not something the POA wants to do but unfortunately we have to, due to so many neglected properties. Thank you for your cooperation.

Boil Water Notice Rescinded
4-30-2021

On April 28 2021, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the Tri-County Property Owners Association Sections Section four (4) and Eight (8) public water system, PWS ID 1200029 to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals, or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes.

The public water system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by this public water system used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of 4-30-2021
