Investing in Real Estate doesn't have to be overly complicated.

One simple, but sometimes overlooked way to buy and acquire Real Estate for investment is to purchase a property and move into it for awhile, could be a year or two - or could be 10 depending on your goals. Then when you're ready to move on, you keep that property and rent it out.

One of my long time clients just closed on this Hoffman Estates home this week. They are paying for it with the rent they will get from the townhome they bought (and currently live in) several years ago. There are several benefits to this approach including better financing terms because you buy the properties as an owner occupant.
