When are Cottages available?

Where is the Cottages at St. Johns located?
6805 St. Johns Avenue, Putnam County, Palatka, FL

What is the rental per month for the Cottages?
As reasonable as we can get them!
We will not be able to publish rental prices until close to opening.

Do you have any three bedroom Cottages?
We have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans.

Can I get on a list as a potential resident?
Absolutely and you will be among the first to learn of our opening.

Our Facebook (Meta) page is a work in progress we started in 2020 and was meant to be on line close to groundbreaking. As we are closer to that time, the excitement generated has kickstarted the publication and the Page has now entered into the mainstream before we brought it current.

So, we will be posting updates periodically starting with this one.

The great news is that we are nearing final permitting with the City and County and expect to break ground this summer with an opening fourth quarter this year.
