REVI Construction is looking for a motivated and experienced Construction Administrator to join our growing team!

We are seeking someone who is ready to help drive the business forward, support company growth, and take ownership in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, bidding projects, selling jobs, and leading a team.
Construction experience is highly preferred, and a Florida General Contractor license is preferred but not required.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with our business.

"The spaces between our homes have a tremendous impact on the lives we lead and how we feel day in and day out" We are so proud of the direction our city is headed and the growth and improvement all of our neighborhoods are having!

It’s no surprise that your city is sick; no one has taken care of it for decades. Your community has become an afterthought to the people charged with providing maintenance. It is no longer recognized for what it is- the setting in which everyone in your town leads their lives. City leaders and community members alike have stopped tending to this place, this common local where everyone spends all their time. Maybe they thought it would just take care of itself. Maybe they thought no one would notice. Maybe when everyone has Netflix, what goes on outside your door just doesn’t matter anymore.

But the space between our front doors means everything. It matters so much more than we realize. We are shaped by the places we inhabit. That’s the thing we know about the human species- we are incredibly good at adapting to our surroundings. We have been able to make every single environment on earth habitable, from the Middle Eastern deserts to the Alaskan tundra, because of our unique ability to adapt to our surroundings, but this can take an unfortunate turn when those surroundings decline. As the places we inhabit fall into disrepair, we adapt as well. We reflect our environment in our lives. This is why we feel a sense of awe in certain places and why we feel down and out in other places. You can’t help but be affected when you walk into a cathedral with soaring ceilings and stunning craftsmanship, no more so than when you walk down a street covered in trash and flanked by deteriorating buildings. The things we see affect us every bit as much as the things we eat. Though we have much more agency in deciding what we will eat, unless you are ready to move, we have very little choice in what we cast our eyes upon.

The spaces between our homes have a tremendous impact on the lives we lead and how we feel day in and day out, yet we neglect them at our own peril. You can fix up the interior of your house or apartment as much as you like, but it won’t make your town any better. It won’t make your community healthier, it won’t make you feel a sense of belonging. The space between the houses and the buildings matters because this is what we call our town, our neighborhood, our block, and our community. These are the places that have been neglected while we have worried so much about the leather seats in our cars or the model of our smartphones. We all strive to own the best individually while the collective crumbles around us.
