Copied from her post: It is in a 3 bedroom house on the canal. There is a dock and back porch. There is currently a bed in the room if needed or can be moved out if you don’t need it. You would have your own bathroom and access to the common spaces of the house- kitchen- living room- dining room. Preferably female, employed with own transportation. Must be drug free. No party animals. I am not home all the time but would stay a few nights a week. If this sounds like something you’d be interested in- message me and we can plan a time to meet. $700/month. Photos upon request. Will not be able to show house until next Wednesday evening.

Palatka… if you live downtown this may affect you…

The Florida Department of Transportation will be implementing safety improvements along State Road 20 at Crill Avenue and Morris Street beginning mid-May 2026. As part of this project, access from both Crill Avenue and Morris Street onto State Road 20 will be permanently eliminated to enhance traffic flow and reduce the risk of crashes in the area.
Residents and visitors should review alternate routes before traveling, adjust daily commutes as needed, and allow extra travel time during this transition. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as these improvements are made to increase safety for all motorists.
