I did not realize the county had changed its regulations on camping on your own property from 14 days at time up to 120 days a year to 14 days a year.

I do under the reasoning but still annoying that your property is not really under your control. I see both sides…

Have a couple of new listings that are really nice. With school getting out next month a lot of families like to move during summer. This one has plenty of room for anyone's needs. 4 Bedrooms, 2 baths. Formal living and family room with fireplace, large screened porch. Metal roof and all new windows in 2015 and 2017. Good location just off Highway 17 south in Satsuma so not a long way off hardtop road. Over an acre zoned agriculture. They will be glad to sell partially furnished but if you don't need the furniture we can take care of that.

How do you feel about homes that are virtually staged online? We have not done virtual staging. I know that’s it’s very common and it’s supposed to give buyers an idea of what it could look like… I’m just seeing a lot of listings where the leading photo is staged to hook you with no comments that they are staged. It seems a little misleading to me.

It’s been a busy month and we like that. Lot sales in our office are back up and several homes that have been on market longer then we expected are finally pending. It’s going to be a good year. War and high gas prices can’t keep us down because everyone needs a place to live!
