Thanks to all who have been checking in on us in Florida.❤️ We are safe and doing well. The hurricane’s impact was more favorable than forecasted here in Palm Bay. We experienced heavy winds and rains and few to no power outages.
Let’s continue to pray and provide support to those in the areas devastated by these hurricanes and destructive tornadoes. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I'm beyond thrilled for this amazing family! It was such a joy to support them on their journey to homeownership. After relocating to Palm Bay a year ago, Chris and Nichole decided to hold off on purchasing, understanding that timing is everything. We stayed connected, and in June, I got the exciting "we're ready" call! The home search had some ups and downs...there were a few 'frogs' along the way, but with perseverance and a shared commitment not to settle, they finally found the perfect "5 out of 5" beauty for their family!

CONGRATULATIONS FIRST-TIME HOMEOWNERS🏠🎉: Although this acknowledgment is a bit overdue, my gratitude is as strong as ever. I vividly recall being surprised by the ringing doorbell while I was wrapping up at my canceled Orlando listing (the seller couldn't bear to part with his mother's home). Troy and Erika, the neighbors next door, were interested in the home and disappointed it was no longer available. Fast forward a few months and here they are, proud first-time homeowners of their new construction beauty in Tavares, FL.👏🏽👏🏽
About two weeks after their closing, Erika reached out to me again, hoping I could assist her mom, Ms. Brenda, and her sister, Erin. They also had decided it was time to buy instead of continuing to pay someone else's mortgage. In just three weeks, we found THEIR perfect gem in Winter Haven, and a month later, it was closing day! YEAHHH!!🙌🏽🙌🏽
It was an absolute joy supporting such a warm, kind and gracious family. HUGE congratulations and my deepest gratitude...for trusting me and allowing me to be a part of your journeys. May your blessings continue to overflow.🙏🏽🥰
