we are looking for photographers &/or videographers for an independent contractor position. Paid per project. Need photos, videos, and Aerial photos of our real estate listings and projects. Pay is flat fee based on per project and service needed for such project.
Pricing Per project:
Photos interior exterior Aerial usually ranges between $100-$350+
Videos & Aerial videos $100-$500+ depending on what's needed.
Larger commercial complexes with multiple units are done on a variable per room rate with minimums in place per contract. $100(minimum)+
Travel:
Must be able to travel multiple hrs one way if needed. We will cover your travel expense, lodging, and meals for larger travel projects. Required to have a reliable form of transportation. Side note from past experience we only have a few of these larger projects every year.
Equiptment:
- Minimum of 18-24mp+ for photos
- full hd 1080p to ultra HD 4k or higher for videos
- wide angle lens 10mm for crop frame sensors and 15mm for full-frame sensors
- Tripod &/or gimbal
- Professional equipment required
- drone required
- photo/video editing software
Time onsite:
On average is usually 1 hour to 3 hours depending on the properties size and amount of services needed. You will be responsible for editing the photos and/or videos. You must be efficient at adobe photo/video editing or other relative photo/video editing software.
About us:
In the past 6 months we have given photographers over 30-40+ project opportunities (easily have paid photographers this year well over $8,000-$10,000). This a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in this career looking for a little more stability. Some months we may only have 0-5 projects and other months we may have 20+ projects.
Availability:
we would need someone who is available within 24-72hrs once we contact them, is local to brevard county, and who is able to provide us with a 1-2 calendar day turnaround on finished photos and videos.
Payment:
Payment will be issued within 24-72 business hrs from the time we receive the finished product. We send via email and you can setup autopay or manually deposit check. We recommend autopay processing times on deposits vary depending on your bank but have been reported to be in the 1-7 business day range for clearing.
