Today was such an amazing day! The Nemeth Team's first time homebuyers Barbara Lucio and Diego closed on their new home! What an exciting day for them and their family. A big shout out to Donny Panasis with Embrace Home Loans for getting them into a program that covered their down payment and thank you to the seller for being so gracious enough to pay their closing cost per my request.
