Job Description
Project manager work outside of managing a project and crew also includes content manipulation, demolition/removal of wet and moldy building materials as needed, setting up drying equipment, application of sanitizing chemicals in attics and crawlspaces, answer homeowner questions and /or concerns, and work as part of a team with other technicians and laborers on a professional level.
Qualifications for Consideration of Position
IICRC WRT or higher certifications preferred but not required, we can train the right candidate and certification can follow.
The Ideal candidate will be:

A team player
Must be willing to work in a fast paced ever changing day to day operation. Hours will vary based on scope of each job. Some jobs require the use of a respirator or work in tight spaces with wet building materials. Job duties require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, pass a respirator fit test, and pass a pulmonary function test.
Extras
We offer competitive starting pay of $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience) with occasional OT.
