A new year brings new opportunities! If you've found a great deal on a fixer upper but need short term financing for the reno, give me a call. Non owner occupied, up to 4 units is the sweet spot but I have access to bridge loans for larger projects as well in most states!

I can highly recommend Dr. David Goldman in Palm Beach Gardens. He and his staff are highly professional, caring and efficient.
