Just sold 3353 E Mallory Blvd, Jupiter Fl. Represented buyer. Negotiated 75,000 off list price of 1,095,000. Appraisal came in 200,000 over negotiated price. My client was a real estate attorney, I’m sure he could’ve done it himself. All I hear these days is so many negative things about agents.. especially in regards to a buyer agent. Let me tell you in any business there are good apples and bad apples. It’s not that you don’t need an agent , it’s that you need the right agent to represent you, and my client knew that. People ask me about the market, I say depends on price range your speaking on, and the specific area,but one answer that I can consistently give is that, in this market you need to have the right representation. I tell my clients upfront. I don’t care if you buy or sell with me, to be honest. I’m not hard up for a sale, what is meant for me will come, and what is not, will go. What you get with me is a straight shooter that lays it all out, negotiates as if it were my own money, so you can make the right move.. money wise!
