So very true, lots of times sadly it’s the closest people to you. You have to know that you have what it takes and they know it too, so using that as a motivator will take you far. It’s the secret sauce, use it to your advantage always. I highly suggest following Chris Voss truly the best at using tactical empathy to your advantage his negotiation videos are by far the best I’ve ever heard or seen!

Just sold. 5028 Laurel Oak drive. Represented seller. Tough sell but did it in 30 days. Owner was facing bankruptcy, so he hired me, put in about 1800 of my own monies to get it up to where it needed to be to make it one marketable and two to get highest price for it. Brought in my handyman, got place professionally cleaned, and a few other things. Made it happen for him, and he was like matt we got it done in the nick of time. That’s what I do. In a good market anyone can sell a home in an average market, you need an agent that knows what it really takes to sell. Which would be obviously price, but condition on inside all the way to curb appeal. Anyhow I would like to thank my team God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit without them it would not be possible.

Just sold 3353 E Mallory Blvd, Jupiter Fl. Represented buyer. Negotiated 75,000 off list price of 1,095,000. Appraisal came in 200,000 over negotiated price. My client was a real estate attorney, I’m sure he could’ve done it himself. All I hear these days is so many negative things about agents.. especially in regards to a buyer agent. Let me tell you in any business there are good apples and bad apples. It’s not that you don’t need an agent , it’s that you need the right agent to represent you, and my client knew that. People ask me about the market, I say depends on price range your speaking on, and the specific area,but one answer that I can consistently give is that, in this market you need to have the right representation. I tell my clients upfront. I don’t care if you buy or sell with me, to be honest. I’m not hard up for a sale, what is meant for me will come, and what is not, will go. What you get with me is a straight shooter that lays it all out, negotiates as if it were my own money, so you can make the right move.. money wise!
