These August 2026 numbers reflect single-family homes only — not condos, townhomes, manufactured homes, or other property types. The takeaway? Homes are still selling, but buyers have more choices and pricing matters.

For sellers, this is a market where condition, presentation, marketing, and pricing correctly from the beginning can make a big difference.

For buyers, increased inventory can mean more options and more room to negotiate, depending on the property and neighborhood.

The Treasure Coast housing market isn’t “dead.” It has changed. And that’s exactly why local market knowledge matters more than a national headline.

So happy for my seller on the successful closing of 1720 W. Sanderling Lane, Unit 3 in The Savannahs Condominiums in Fort Pierce! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo has officially found its new owner.

Excited to share that my condo listing in The Savannahs at 1720 West Sanderling Ln, Unit 3 is officially under contract! 🏡✨

So happy to have helped my New York investor client get this property under contract and on track to close this month. It’s always rewarding to help clients achieve their real estate goals, no matter where they are in the world.

This gorgeous Fort Pierce home officially closed on June 30, 2026, and I truly could not be happier for them. They are such positive, hardworking people who give so much to their community, and it was an absolute pleasure watching them achieve the dream of homeownership.

Had an amazing dining experience at Spoto’s Fish & Oyster Bar last weekend! The food was absolutely incredible, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was perfect.
A huge thank you to Chef/Owner Bryce Statham for preparing such a memorable meal. Some of our favorites included the Atlantic swordfish with zucchini noodles, soft-shell crab, beets & goat cheese, poke crudo, eel nigiri, and scallops with couscous. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
If you’re looking for an amazing dining experience in Palm Beach Gardens, Spoto’s is a must-visit. We can’t wait to go back!
