Sometimes you just know.

You walk through the front door and immediately think, “Wait… I could actually live here.”

The way the home feels, the layout, the natural light, the neighborhood sometimes you don’t need 2 hours to know if it feels right.

Of course, there’s still a lot to consider before making an offer (and that’s where we come in), but that initial feeling? It matters.

When you walk into the right home, you’ll usually feel it.

Don’t overpay for a furnished home. 🛋️

This is a mistake I see time and time again, assuming that because a home comes fully furnished, it automatically justifies a much higher price.

Yes, there are definitely pros to buying furnished. It can save you the time, money, and headache of furnishing an entire home, especially if you’re looking for a second home, seasonal property, or investment.

But that doesn’t mean you should pay whatever premium the seller is asking.

The furniture still needs to make sense for the price, condition, quality, and overall value of the home.

This is where having an agent who knows how to negotiate really matters. 👀

Love the furniture? Great. Just make sure you’re not overpaying for it.
