The residences range from one to four bedrooms, with floor plans starting around 830 square feet and extending to over 4,000 square feet, offering options for a variety of buyers.

One of the biggest draws is the location. Situated in a highly walkable part of West Palm Beach, residents are just a quick trip over the bridge to Palm Beach and Worth Avenue often closer than some Palm Beach residents themselves. It’s easy to see why buyers are attracted to the convenience, amenities, and lifestyle that Mr. C has to offer.

Jonathan Dickinson State Park almost looked a lot different. While there was talk of turning part of it into a golf course, the community rallied behind a place that’s been part of Jupiter for more than 76 years.
And as much as I love a good tee time, some things are worth keeping just the way they are.

Honestly, it’s just another reason why Jupiter is such a special place to live. People here care about preserving what makes this town unique from the natural beauty to the strong sense of community and small-town charm.
