Closing in on substantial completion of our medical office project in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The project is comprised of 26,000 SF in two 3-story buildings and is fully pre-leased to a single tenant.

It's difficult to grasp the magnitude of this project in a couple dozen photos but we're extremely proud of our Johnston Group Development & Construction, Inc. team's hard work on the Sonny's | The CarWash Factory expansion project. Our scope of work includes extensive renovations to both the existing 200k SF manufacturing facility and a new 50k SF corporate office buildout in Tamarac, Florida.
