We stopped by Steep Dreams in Lake Park to check out what all the hype was about. ☕️

Their flaming salted banana coffee is definitely an experience. Your typical coffee order, and it actually tastes as good as it looks. We also tried the “John Gotti,” which has those Biscoff notes that make it smooth, sweet, and easy to drink.

Overall, it’s a cool new spot with a creative menu and a laid-back vibe.

What’s been interesting to watch from a real estate perspective is the shift happening in Lake Park. It still has that relaxed, coastal, local feel—but you can feel more energy coming in. New coffee shops, new dining concepts, small businesses taking risks, and people actually spending time in the area instead of just passing through.

With continued development nearby like 220, the area is slowly starting to evolve into a more connected waterfront pocket—still authentic, but gaining attention from buyers who want something a little more under-the-radar compared to the usual hotspots.

That’s usually how these areas start to move: small businesses lead, lifestyle follows, and then real estate starts to catch up.

Palm Beach Gardens keeps leveling up, and this newest addition at Legacy Place is a perfect example of that. 🌴

We stopped in to check out one of the area’s newest restaurant openings, and from the moment you walk in, the energy feels elevated but still effortless. It’s the kind of place that works just as well for a casual night out as it does for a dressed-up dinner or celebratory cocktails.

The drink menu alone is worth the visit. Thoughtfully crafted cocktails like a caviar dirty martini and the purple diamond bring a creative, upscale twist that immediately sets the tone for the experience. Every detail feels intentional without being overdone.

Beyond the bar, the service stands out in a way that makes you want to stay a little longer, and the food holds its own just as strongly fresh, refined, and clearly made with quality in mind.

It’s always exciting to see spots like this open in Palm Beach Gardens. It reflects the continued growth of the area and how it’s evolving into a true destination for dining, nightlife, and community.
