There is just something special about days like today.

Started the morning with a closing, then met with an 87 yr old veteran to talk about selling one his properties. We had coffee, and spent some time chatting….
I do truly enjoy hearing people’s stories.

The best part? I realized his house was only a minute from my home church, Anchor Church, so I stopped in for a turkey panini and a chat with my favorite pastor.

It super nice to have a church that truly feels like HOME, a place where you can stop in, grab a bite, connect with people you care about, and recharge in the middle of a busy day and then keep moving through the rest of the “to do’s”

Days like today remind me that real estate is about so much more than properties!!!! it’s about people, relationships, and community. 🙏🏡☕️❤️

Okay… I showed a house today and this stove stole the show!!!!

This is an original General Electric stove from like the late 50s/early 60s… push buttons, coil burners, chrome handles—the whole throwback setup 🔥

And somehow it’s still in really good shape??
Like… 60+ years later and still going strong.

But meanwhile… we renovated our entire home less than 2 years ago and I’ve already had the ice machine company out at least 3 times, the oven guy once, and the stovetop company once to come repair some component.

They really don’t make things like they used to!!!

Can you imagine allllllll the decades of meals this oven has cooked… probably with a ton of family drama too.
But hopefully it’s heard more love than anything.

Would you keep the retro vibe or replace it ?
