Shanna Chartiér - Powered by Realty One Group Innovation & Haven

I have lived in the Fox Valley area since 2004. I was previously in Law Enforcement for Winnebago County for 8 years. Over the past few years I have grown a love for real estate and the short-term rental business such as Air BnB properties. I personally run an Air BnB property near Lambeau Field in Green Bay. I enjoy meeting new people and finding out what they want in a home and making sure I put in 110% to find exactly what they are looking for. I am energetic and eager to get to know you (and your family) so I have a better understanding of how I can best serve you. Customer service is very important to me and it shows when working with clients. Whether you are a buyer or looking to sell your home I will work hard to get you the best deal possible. I am extremely well-rounded and know that if I do not have an answer to a question I am relentless to find the answer. Contact me today for all your buying and/or selling needs! My passions are fitness, traveling and adventure. I recently learned how to free dive and spearfish in the ocean and it is absolutely incredible. I love spending time with my beautiful fiancé and our sassy Husky/Pitbull mix named Kato. In my free-time I enjoy wood working, restoring old furniture and making home decor and crafts with my Cricut. I am an advocate for LGBTQ and a member of LGBTQ Real Estate Alliance.
