TODAY WAS A REMINDER THAT HOMEOWNERSHIP IS POSSIBLE.

This morning, the City of Tampa held a press conference featuring one of R.E.A.C.H.'s homebuyer workshop graduates, Adrienne, who successfully achieved her dream of homeownership. Watching her share her journey was a powerful reminder that education, determination, and the right resources can change lives.

We are incredibly proud of Adrienne and all she has accomplished.

Yesterday, R.E.A.C.H. was grateful to attend the 30th Annual Rites of Passage Ceremony hosted by Koinonia Worship Center.

Thank you for the invitation and for allowing us to be part of such a powerful celebration of faith, leadership, mentorship, and community. It was an honor to connect with clergy, elected officials, community advocates, and families who share a commitment to empowering the next generation.

Congratulations to all of the graduates. Your dedication, growth, and achievements were evident throughout the ceremony, and we celebrate this important milestone with you.

What an incredible day of impact, collaboration, and opportunity at the Miami-Dade County Housing Fair held at the West Kendall Regional Library!

R.E.A.C.H. was honored to participate as an exhibitor and proud to have our Executive Director serve as a panelist, sharing valuable information about homeownership, housing resources, and pathways to financial stability.

With more than 400 community members coming through the doors, families had the opportunity to connect with housing professionals, lenders, Realtors, title companies, legal service providers, housing authorities, and nonprofit organizations dedicated to expanding access to homeownership.

A special thank you to Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, Shawn C. Topps, Supervisor of Affordable Housing Homeownership, Krystal Sheppard, and all of the vendors and partners who made this event such a tremendous success.

Together, we are creating opportunities, educating families, and building stronger communities throughout Miami-Dade County.

Today, R.E.A.C.H. was honored to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Provident Place at Golden Acres, a beautiful new affordable housing community for seniors in Pompano Beach.

A special thank you to CEO Lennard Robinson of the Housing Authority of Pompano Beach and Lisa Rogers for the invitation and continued partnership. We also congratulate Mayor Rex Hardin, Commissioner Beverly Perkins, District 4, and all those whose vision and dedication helped make this development a reality.

Provident Place offers affordable one- and two-bedroom apartments for seniors and features elevators, a community room, fitness center, and a covered pavilion with grills—creating not just housing, but a place where residents can thrive, connect, and enjoy a high quality of life.

As Florida's senior population continues to grow, developments like this are critical to ensuring that our elders have access to safe, affordable, and dignified housing options.

What a day for housing, opportunity, and community impact.

Today, R.E.A.C.H. was proud to participate in the Tampa CRA Housing Fair while also hosting a successful HUD-Approved Homebuyer Workshop at the Village of Allapattah YMCA Family Center in Miami-Dade County.

From community outreach and housing resources in Tampa to homebuyer education and counseling in Miami-Dade, our team spent the day helping families take meaningful steps toward achieving their homeownership goals. The CRA Bus Tour, showcasing the investments and developments helping transform neighborhoods and create new opportunities for residents.
