Although Palm Beach Country Estates has a legacy of homes built between the 1970s and 2009, the most recent wave of construction is relatively small—but growing quickly. Only 434 homes in the community were built in 2020 or later, which reflects just 2% of the total housing stock. A LITTLE TRHOWBACK FOR YOU….

I grew up right here in Palm Beach Country Estates, and some of my favorite memories were made riding bikes up and down these roads with a group of 15 kids or more! We felt safe, we had fun, and the neighbors always looked out for us (or told on us when we were up to something mischievous—like kids do!). 😉

What’s amazing is that this community still feels the same today. I see kids fishing, skateboarding, out walking, exercising… and yes, even setting up lemonade stands! So precious!

If you see one, make sure to stop by. It only takes a minute, and it means the world to them. These are our future entrepreneurs, after all!
