Meet Evelyn

Evelyn Yang called “home” to The Palm Beaches in 2007 for its sunshine, blue skies, beautiful beaches, warm weather, lifestyle, and of course unlimited dining and shopping choices. With roots in China, Evelyn brings her mainland cultural upbringing, Mandarin fluency, and experience with Chinese business and marketing practices to the table, resulting in over 500 loyal international buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners. “I’ve found many international buyers who bought virtually/wire and were so pleased with the results they referred business and asked me to lease and manage their properties.” Having been a licensed full time Realtor since 2009, Evelyn first joined Illustrated Properties in 2016 where she continues to build business and receive awards for production. When Evelyn is not studying the real estate market, selling client homes for the most the market will bear, and assisting buyers to get the most quality for their dollar she makes time for family, friends, Christ Fellowship and taking part in community events.
