Background:

Raised in Tallahassee, FL, Christina Teahan has spent her life enjoying all that Florida has to offer! Christina graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate Finance. She worked for Ocwen Federal Bank for several years and honed her skills in real estate valuations while managing the residential and commercial valuation divisions. Christina was licensed to practice real estate in 1993 and specializes in selling homes throughout Northern Palm Beach County. Christina's buyers and sellers benefit and receive top professional service as a result of her extensive real estate background. NPAC is a provider of real estate valuation services to a broad cross-section of the financial services industry. NPAC has a preferred network of over 10,000 agents nationwide. Christina also operated a successful real estate company in Northern Palm Beach County for the last 6 years, but recognized the opportunities afforded to her and her clients by joining Boca Executive Realty, LLC, South Florida's leader in luxury home sales. Giving Back:
Christina has two children, and is a very active, visible member of the community. She has a long standing history of giving back to the community. She focuses on charities and organizations that directly benefit the children of Palm Beach County. Past and present contributions include; volunteering at the local elementary, middle and high schools over the last 15 years; The Palm Beach Gardens Youth Athletic Association, where Christina served as a member at large for several years, then Vice President for two years. The PBGYAA is non-profit 501(C)(3) organization with more than 1,500 kids playing in eight Recreation Leagues. Christina has also served as the Vice President for both the PBGYAA Football and Lacrosse divisions for many years. Christina is on the Board of Directors for The Storm Lacrosse, also a 501 (C)(3) organization, where she has volunteered for 4 years. Christina believes that one of the most important thing she can do is to give back to her community. Philosophy:
Strong negotiation skills are fundamental to a successful real estate transaction. My philosophy is to consistently strive for the best price for my client while still maintaining amicable, professional relationships with all parties. When representing sellers, part of my listing strategy involves accurately assessing the value of the home to facilitate a below average marketing time. I will never tell a seller "what they want to hear" as I believe the best real estate valuation is an integral part of what I offer my clients today. When representing buyers, my background in valuation also helps where value will be maximized. This insures my clients that they are making the best investment possible, even in a flat or "down" market Working and living in Northern Palm Beach County for the last 20 years, has provided me with an insider's knowledge of "niche" neighborhoods within each community and the different levels of appreciation and resale potential within each area. This understanding of the best possible locations within each town is key in helping my clients determine where to purchase and ultimately sell their home.
