Palm Beach Gardens is growing! Avenir, the new Town Center mall will offer residents a space to shop, eat, and play near their homes. Additionally, a new hospital is under construction (Alan B. Miller Medical Center) expected to be completed in 2026.

Businesses including Florida's signature grocery store are following thousands of new residents to Avenir, the growing community on the western edge of the city.
