but they also come with trade-offs.

With graduation only a month away…

I can’t help but feel like I’m right in the middle of a major life shift 💗

You know what day it is!!!

🎗️FEEL IT ON THE FIRST!🎗️

This is your monthly reminder to feel them on the first and schedule your screenings because as we know, early detection saves lives!

✨I am 8.5 years cancer free and I will NEVER stop advocating and remind you to listen to your body!🙏💗

✳️I never had a lump but I did know my body was screaming at me that something was wrong.

✳️My symptoms lead me to feel that my hormones were out of whack.

➡️It was 4 months after my 45th birthday and my heart was racing and my blood pressure was out of whack (170/130 to be exact😳🤯😮) and my doctor wanted to immediately put me in anxiety and high blood pressure medication and I said NO!

I was adamant about getting to the root of the problem and not mask it. If I didn’t push to have my hormones tested which lead my to starting with my women’s wellness exam including my mammogram, I never would have found the breast cancer early!

I had only missed 1 year for a mammogram😭

🙏🏻Please listen to your body, advocate for yourself and get your screenings!

Early detection saves lives! It did mine💖🤦‍♀️

Tuesday Tip: The best decisions are made before you’re forced to make them.💡

Being in the middle of college conversations right now has me thinking about how quickly life shifts — and how important it is to plan ahead, even when things still feel “far away.”

Whether it’s college, a move, or a major life change… the more you understand your options early, the more confident your decisions become.

That might look like:
• knowing what you can afford
• exploring housing options ahead of time
• or even creating additional income to give yourself more flexibility

It’s not about having everything figured out.🙈

It’s about giving yourself choices.

Always learning, always growing… because my clients deserve that.

Spent some time today at an “Ask the Appraiser” class, and I love being in rooms where we can ask questions, share insight, and stay sharp in a constantly changing market.

Huge thank you to an amazing ⭐️ Appraiser, Jay and some of my favorite partners in the business — (The Mortgage Firm) (Trident Title), and (Guardian Angel Inspections)— for putting this together. It’s relationships like these that make such a difference behind the scenes.

Real estate isn’t just about buying and selling — it’s about understanding the details, staying educated, and being able to guide clients with confidence every step of the way.

Grateful to be surrounded by professionals who care about doing things the right way.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do… is listen. 👂

After I shared that I’m getting back behind the mic, I started thinking more about why NOW felt like the right time.

And then I looked back at something simple — a poll I did asking what kind of content you enjoy most.

The answer was clear.

Real. Raw. Conversations.💗🎙️

That made me pause.

Because if I’m being honest, that’s exactly the space I’ve been feeling pulled toward — the conversations around life changes, growth, and navigating the in-between seasons we don’t always talk about.

Maybe that’s not a coincidence. 🤔

The ocean always reminds me that things are constantly shifting, evolving, and expanding — even when it feels subtle.

And maybe we’re allowed to do the same.

Mindset for the week: Listen to what keeps showing up… it’s usually trying to lead you somewhere.

There’s something about getting back behind the mic that just feels right.💖

A few years ago, I started _Bustin’ Out of Breast Cancer_ as a passion project during the pandemic — simply to help other women feel less alone while navigating their journey. And even now, hearing that it’s still being listened to means more to me than I can put into words.🙏🏻💗

Lately, I’ve felt that pull again.

The kind that says there’s more to share… more conversations to have… and more connection to create.

I shared a little bit of that on my stories, and the response I received honestly meant so much. Sometimes you just need that little nudge to remind you you’re on the right path. 🥰

This next chapter will be different. Still real. Still meaningful. Just… evolved. I think you’ll enjoy it and maybe even want to be a guest!! 😉

For now, I’m just grateful to be back in this space — creating, recording, and following something that feels aligned.🙏🏻
