This one is special to me.
When I walked in to what at the time was a complete wreck, a devastated landlord and a whole lot of work ahead of me, I knew that this was my time to shine. I got to work that same day as my initial appointment and we put in 12 hour days until we redid the place top to bottom. Painting, Repairing, Cleaning and replacing everything in the townhome. The tenants just left it uninhabitable. The landlord and I came to an agreement to save her a jon boat full of money as I was able to completely turn this house around and become the listing agent for the sale of the home.
Here’s where my heart went numb. When I was completely finished with the cleaning the window glass, window and door tracks, laying sod, mulch, installing mirrors, blinds, appliances and the list goes on, I had the landlord and her husband and 2 boys meet me on a Saturday to check in on the work completed. When she walked in the door I watched the tears build in her eyes and she couldn’t of been more filled with joy and confidence. She knew at that very moment, when she decided to move forward with my company and myself, she had found someone that actually cared and is 100% and trustworthy. Someone that went out of his way to make sure every detail was handled without the concern of getting screwed over. At this very moment I felt something within me that said “Ryan, this is what you were meant to do with your life”. My entire life I wished that I was the best at something or a sport and that would be my calling. I’ve tried many options and a couple career paths and was unable to find exactly what I was searching for. With all of my local knowledge of communities and homes, building, selling, networking and resources, I was able to show light at the end of the tunnel when my client was absolutely deflated. That is when I KNEW, this is what I was meant to do with my life!
Fast forward about 3 days and now not only am I the listing agent, but we are currently under contract with one of my buyers!!!!! We did not even have to go to market and I was able to get the under contract on our very first offer. That’s the power of hiring someone who takes every clients well being first.
Moving and selling a home can be a fun, crazy and sometimes extremely difficult. I hope you choose me to help when when that day comes.
