“Palm Beach logged big real estate sales during the fall-and-winter season. And at the top of the highest-dollar list were 10 deals that closed with recorded prices of at least $36 million each via deeds recorded between Oct. 1 and April 30. Here’s a recap of those transactions, with the sales listed in descending order of price. The list also includes the most expensive Palm Beach condominium sale, townhouse deal and commercial transaction of the year. The sales were previously reported by the Palm Beach Daily News. The sale prices and dates presented here are those recorded at the Palm Beach County Courthouse.”
