Coastal Concierge Estate Management offers luxury residential property management and lifestyle resources for the distinguished homeowner and visitor to South Florida. Many of our clients are homeowners with dual residents, AKA #snowbirds,so we are available to care for their valuable property while they are traveling between the residences. We manage vendors, schedule appointments,.pay bills, pick up guests at airport and run errands. Our goal is to provide our clients with peace of mind that they have a trusted contact who is responsible and is qualified for emergencies and everyday maintenance. Our personal concierge services have been an enormous request and success with our clients! We will run errands, shop, organize, schedule appointments and excursions and/or prepare meals while you are at your vacation and/or second-home.
